To obtain medical records, you may now request your records by using the records request tool, through MyWVUChart, email, mail, or calling 304-598-4110 (or toll free 844-484-0304) Monday through Friday from 8 am – 4 pm.

No appointment is necessary at our clinics. Video visits are also available. Days, evenings, weekends, and holidays – we're ready to get you back on track as quickly as possible. Most of our locations are open seven days a week, with on-site lab and x-ray services, for one-stop care by our friendly, professional staff.
